By placing an order with ÉTHER, you confirm that the information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and you receive an order confirmation.

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or amend an order in the event of pricing errors, product availability issues, technical errors or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays and unforeseen events. ÉTHER is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances may not be eligible for return unless the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us with your order details as soon as possible.
